I provide online therapy for overwhelmed adults in New York, with a focus on complex mental health, substance use, neurodivergence, and 2e parenting. My approach helps clients move from shame to self-compassion and lasting change.
Therapy works best when it honors your full humanity, not just your symptoms, diagnoses, or “coping skills.” You bring contradictions, pain, and baggage; I meet you there. While some therapy hands you shame instead of support, that’s not my style.
I don’t get to decide who you should be.
I create a space where you can show up fully, say the things you might be afraid to say, and still be met with respect and curiosity. I have plenty of tools, but we use only what helps you in ways that allow you to be heard.
I’ve always been an artist, acting, dancing, writing, singing, and creating visual art. Expression and connection are central to who I am.
High sensitivity hasn’t always felt like a gift.
Living in the world as a sensitive human can feel raw. We need support and understanding. I’ve worked in this field for almost 25 years, but I still lead with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that people are more than their worst moments or toughest struggles.
You’re not a label, a case study, or a collection of “issues” to solve.
The mental health system can forget that and turn people into diagnoses with feet. I don’t buy it. Whether you’re struggling with perfectionism, parenting a complicated kid, over-relying on substances, working through your own neurodivergence, or untangling a messy mental health history, you still get to be human, worthy, and beautifully complicated.
